Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was clean and fun, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated my 3 guests. However, our room did not have the promised ocean view. The staff was accommodating and helpful, although there was an issue with lack of spot checking. The location was fantastic, close to attractions but not noisy. Breakfast at Santa Maria Restaurant is a must when booking.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for a great price, but the noise coming from the maintenance closet outside our room was a major downside. The service was pleasant overall, though the cleanliness of the room was lacking. The location had its challenges due to ongoing construction work nearby, but the hotel tried to compensate. The dining, while satisfying for breakfast, could use more options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at St Johns was a mix of pleasant surprises and disappointments. The best part was finding Cheetos in the Murphy bed, giving a fun twist to the room experience. However, the room was infested with roaches, which was a major downside to an otherwise interesting stay.
